Shipping Update
Due to the Canada Post strike, we are temporarily using an alternative shipping method for Canadian orders. US and International orders are not affected.
We appreciate your understanding and support during this time!
We ship Monday-Friday, our local post office are closed on weekends. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at Hello@reviveglow.com
In Canada
- We offer free tracked shipping on orders above $50.
- A flat rate of $7 on all orders below $50.

International destinations
- 10-35 business days from Canada to another country
- Please note: With the holiday season upon us, you may experience some shipping delays.
Revive Glow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). As custom and duty is random and not every international order is subject to these taxes.
Shipping Notes:
- We cannot grant a refund if your item is in transit.
- We cannot grant refunds for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect address input by customers.
- For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.
- We cannot change your address once your order has been fulfilled.
- Your order will be shipped once the product is paid and ready. Before checkout, ensure that the shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for products not arriving due to incorrect address
- We do not offer price adjustments after 24 hours of your purchase, if you made an error please contact us right away at hello@reviveglow.com
- Delivery times are estimates only. Revive Glow is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers especially during high volume periods, weather conditions and holidays. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date.
Please note: Revive Glow is not liable for lost/stolen packages. Once your package is sent to our local post office we are no longer liable. We will do our best to solve any shipping problems that may arise.
