Due to hygienic reasons Revive Glow does not offer returns or refunds, all orders are finale sale. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if the product is damaged. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please note: Revive Glow is not liable for shipping carrier delays and lost/stolen packages when your tracking says delivered. Once your package is sent to our local post office we are no longer liable. We will do our best to solve any shipping issues.
We regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds for duty, taxes, or VAT charges levied by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. It is essential to understand and comply with the customs regulations and potential charges applicable in your region before placing an order with us.
2. Successful Parcel Return:
In the event that you refuse to pay duty, taxes, or VAT charges and the parcel is successfully returned to us we will issue a refund for the product(s) you purchased. If the parcel isn’t successfully returned to us no refund will be provided. However, please note that this refund will not include any shipping charges incurred during the initial shipment.
